Overview

• Supply of water for construction.
• Temporary electrical connection Deposit and temporary electrical charges during construction to be borne by client.
• Permanent electrical connection after construction. Building wiring is done till meter board. From meter board to public pole is charged extra.
• Permanent water & sanitary connection after construction. Connection from last inspection chamber to public sewer is charged extra.
• Cost of Cladding works to the building, fancy electrical fittings, solar, submersible pump for sump / rain water and labor charges for the same.
• Cost of Elevator to be borne by client.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above packages shall be charged extra.
• Any charges to be paid directly to BBMP/other approving bodies for liaison work needs to be paid by the client.
• It is considered that the site in road level for the costing of this package. If the ground level needs to be raised above 18”, it shall be charged extra.
• If excavation is in hard or soft rock it shall be charged extra as per actual.
• Buying new earth or sending existing earth for back filling shall be charged on actual
• Any variation in the prices of materials above 5% from the time of start of project shall be charged accordingly.
• Any work not mentioned within this package or outside the plinth of the building shall be charged accordingly.
• SBC of soil is considered at 180 KN/M^2 and depth of the foundation considered at 5 Feet, any variation shall be charged extra.
• Filters for rain water & grey water are not included.
• Space for labor shed has to be provided within 30 feet from the site.
